convenient location friendly staff quiet room

i found the location convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and quiet (i really appreciated that after a long day).

the hotel has superb accessibility with many options for transportation. there are many shopping areas and tourist attractions a short distance from the premises. a 24-hour mcdonald's is conveniently located right next door.

spacious room king bed usb charging points

I found the room very spacious and well-kept. It had a king size bed that felt comfortable. the elevators were quick, i barely had to wait. the multiple usb charging points in the room were convenient. we loved the location!

the room service seemed a little slow at times.

key spots friendly staff

The location is near many key spots. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my time at the gym. It has treadmills and stationary bikes. The check-in process was smooth and fast.

The bottled water in the room costs $6.75. I would have preferred complimentary water. Getting water requires a trip down to lower floors. I did not like that.

The check-in was quick and efficient. Staff members were available at the front desk 24/7. They were always ready to help with directions and local information, which I appreciated.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. It offered both hot and cold dishes. There was also a good selection of fruit, cereal, and pastries. The coffee was strong.

The fitness center features several cardio machines and weight equipment. I could see that the pool area has plenty of seating with many loungers. A business center offered computers and printers.

The hotel staff were very attentive. The hotel room was large and clean. I liked that the location was central. There was early check-in.
